Ingredients
250gms each, lotus
root and potatoes, boiled separately
2 green chilies,
chopped
1onion, chopped
½ tsp gram masala and
chaat masala powder.
50 Gms each, white
sesame seeds and corn flour oil, for frying julienned carrot, onion, cucumber,
for garnishing.
Method
Peal and mash lotus
root and potatoes together.
Add remaining ingredients,
except sesame seeds
And make uniform size
patties
Flatten and coat with
white sesame seeds
Heat oil till very
hot and deep frying patties in batches until golden brown
Garnish with carrot,
onion and cucumber
And serve hot with
mint chutney
