Sixty minutes
Try to be physically
active or exercise for an hour a day. If you are sedentary, start with five
minutes. But the goal is sixty minutes a day.
Things like taking
your child to the zoo can count for some of that, unless you were riding around
in a golf cart.
Plan your life to
work it in.
Some really good
news, 10-minutes bouts of physical activity do count.
There are meaningful
things you can do for 10 minutes
But you have to put
the four facets of fitness in across the week.
So you were going to
be busy, but never boarded.
Ninety minutes
It’s important
because it means you should never stop being physically active.
Ninety years old to
be the place to stop. It is wrong.
It doesn’t matter
what age you are, you try to live in 148.
No matter how old is
you, overweight and obesity responds to two things.
It is nutritional and
exercise.
The literature is
clear, use it or lose it, at any age.
There are a number of
diseases that you don’t want that are caused by or related to a lack of
physical activity or they can be improved.
